The Main House
Our "Main House" is a recently restored and renovated 1885 farm house, original to the ranch. With relaxing, rustic scenery and natural wildlife viewing, our Guest Quarters is the ideal respite for anyone traveling for either relaxation or business.
The Main House showcases the simplicity and charm that only Perini Ranch can achieve with all of the creature comforts of home and most modern of amenities.
The Main House can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. Its arrangement is ideal for two couples traveling together or a family.
The Main House features:
- Comfortably sleeps five. There are two bedrooms (one with king bed and daybed, second with queen bed). Each bedroom has a private bathroom with open rainshowers and is furnished with luxurious linens and bathrobes.
- Large living area with adjacent half-bath
- Full kitchen with all new, modern appliances
- Dining Room
- Expansive outdoor deck entertainment area
- Wireless high-speed Internet access
- Satellite, High Definition TV
The Camp House
Our "Camp House," located next to the Main House is a new addition to the Ranch. It was built with a rustic feel with all of the modern amenities.
The Camp House features:
- Comfortably sleeps three people
- King size bed with luxurious linens
- Day bed in separate room with great windows
- Wonderful bathroom with rainshower that adjoins the two rooms
- Small kitchenette with a microwave and refridgerator stocked with breakfast
- Satellite, High Definition TV
- Wireless high-speed Internet access
- Great porch for relaxing and enjoying the ranch
