Perini Ranch Steakhouse is more than a restaurant; it is an event! Named by Gourmet magazine in October of 2004 as one of “America’s Great Rural Restaurants”, dinner at Perini Ranch Steakhouse is sure to be one you will not forget. The steakhouse itself offers an authentic venue for a real Texas experience. The walls of weathered railroad ties chinked with concrete, and the rusty, salvaged tin ceiling (which came from an old blacksmith shop on the ranch) immediately serve notice that you will feel most at home here.

For Tom Perini, this ranch is home. The ranch has been owned by the Perini family since 1952, and in 1983, Tom converted an old hay barn into a nationally acclaimed steakhouse. Tom likes to describe the steakhouse as a “nice joint” and takes pride in adding his rare and authentic Texas pieces that give Perini Ranch Steakhouse its very unique atmosphere.

From chuck wagon cooking to Southern-style comfort food, Perini Ranch Steakhouse takes pride in serving great food from old-time recipes. Our menus are filled with signature dishes like Zucchini Perini, Southern Fried Catfish, and the favorite Ranch Roasted Prime-Rib. Join us from April until October on our patio on Friday and Saturday nights when we add the Catfish Buffet. Here you will have the opportunity to enjoy fresh vegetables with Southern Fried Catfish, (fried right there while you wait!) grilled corn on the cob with chile lime butter, onion rings and all the trimmings! On Sunday, spend an afternoon with us and enjoy the Sunday Brunch, reminiscent of Grandmother’s table. Old-fashioned fried chicken, chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and cream gravy, smoked ham, and fresh vegetables complimented by our signature Cowboy Bloody Mary are sure to make a Sunday something to celebrate!
