12oz. Peppered Strip
A lean strip flavored with cracked peppercorns.

Hamburger Steak
Half-pound of beef (we grind our own), seasoned, hand patted and grilled. With Cheddar or Provolone cheese and topped with grilled mushrooms, green chiles and onions. OR we put it on a bun and serve it with chips for the ultimate hamburger!
