The Perini Ranch story continues with the release of Perini Ranch Steakhouse Cookbook: A Celebration of History, Heritage, and Home on the Ranch, published by Cider Mill Press / HarperCollins Focus.

Since opening the doors of Perini Ranch Steakhouse more than 40 years ago, Lisa & Tom Perini have shared the spirit of “Texas Cowboy Cooking” across Texas and around the world. This cookbook invites you to experience the flavors, stories, and hospitality that help frame life and legacy. 

Our newest cookbook is more than a collection of recipes.  It is a heartfelt celebration of life on and off the ranch. Inside, you’ll find our most beloved dishes and menus set alongside stories and traditions that have defined Perini Ranch for generations.
