Gap Café Classic Breakfast

Two eggs, cooked to order, served with cowboy hash browns. Choice of bacon or sausage. Served with your choice of homemade biscuit, multi-grain or sourdough toast. Substitute with chicken fried steak and gravy.

Two homemade biscuits topped with cream gravy and crumbled sausage.

Breakfast Sandwich  

Served with egg and cheese. Choice of bacon, sausage or ham.  Served on sourdough toast or biscuit.

Breakfast Burrito 

Egg and cheese burrito in a flour tortilla.  Choose sausage or bacon.  Served with salsa.

Carne Guisada Burrito 

Flour tortilla filled with tender chunks of beef tenderloin, slowly stewed in gravy.  Perfectly seasoned and served with salsa.  

Quiche by the Slice 

With spinach, mushrooms, gruyere cheese and onions, baked in a flaky pie crust.

Parfait    

Greek yogurt served with our house made granola and assorted fresh fruit 

Chicken Fried Tenderloin                            

Medallions of beef tenderloin, chicken fried and served with cracked pepper, cream gravy. Served with French fries.

Cobb Salad            

Chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce, cherry tomato, bacon, red onion, avocado, hard-boiled egg, and feta cheese. Served with a side of house made ranch dressing.

Pomme Frites  

Hand cut fries, twice fried– tender and crispy. Topped with fried jalapeño chips.
