There are two outdoor catering areas adjacent to the steakhouse that can easily accommodate almost any size gathering. Under the shade of century-old Live Oak trees, and with the incredible starry skies, a specially prepared Perini Ranch meal, and a little dancing on our old-fashioned cement dance floors, will guarantee an event to remember!

The steakhouse is only available for private events held on a Monday. Indoor Private Dining options are available at The Supper Club by Perini Ranch.

The Supper Club by Perini Ranch is a private dining venue in Buffalo Gap that accommodates up to 40 guests. We serve the same exceptional food in an indoor space for smaller dinner parties, corporate events, or any special function. What facilities do you have on-ranch?

The Great Outdoors! We can provide you with the most breath taking backdrops possible for your event. With acres of live-oaks, terraced land, a bordering creek, and spectacular views of the Buffalo Gap Mountains, Perini Ranch is a refreshing oasis, even in the warmest of months. You will be responsible for planning your own alternatives in the event of unpleasant weather; however, we work very closely with the highest quality rental companies around the state and can help you with tents and additional set up.

What is your price range?

Perini Ranch customizes each menu to fit your event needs. Whether you choose brisket and fried catfish or our famous Mesquite Smoked Peppered Beef Tenderloin, the Perini Ranch Catering Team will work with you to find the perfect taste for your price range.

Typically we serve buffet style. However we will gladly carry out any type of dinner service that fits your event.
