Chicken Fried Steak
Borrowed from Perini Ranch Steakhouse, chicken fried tenderloin served with cracked pepper gravy and pomme frites.
Bacon Berry Salad
Spinach salad tossed with hot bacon shallot dressing, strawberries, blueberries, candied pecans and more bacon!
The Cobb Salad
Chopped romaine and iceberg lettuce, cherry tomato, bacon, red onion, avocado, hard-boiled egg, and feta cheese. Served with a side of house made ranch dressing. Add chicken.
Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich
Grilled boneless chicken thigh topped with crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado spread, and dressed with spicy aioli and served on a homemade bun.
Sliced beef tenderloin tacos served with caramelized onion and pico de gallo. Served with a cold crunchy slaw.
Grilled catfish topped with tomatillo relish, pickled red onion and cilantro crema. Served with a cold crunchy slaw.
The Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Three cheeses and a secret sauce, on homemade multi-grain bread. Served with pomme frites.
Buffalo Gap Smash Burger
Two beef patties, smashed thin with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle and signature sauce served on a potato roll. Pomme frites on the side.
French fries the way they are supposed to be – twice fried. And, ours are tossed with fried jalapeño chips (because we’re in Texas).
Kids Zone Grilled Cheese
Cheddar cheese on homemade multi-grain bread.
