Michael Grauer | October 9 | 6:30 pm | Hide & Horn

Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 9 at 6:30 PM! Join us at Hide & Horn in Buffalo Gap, TX for an evening of art, history, and storytelling with the incredible Michael R. Grauer.

Michael will be talking about his book Making the Unknown Known: Women in Early Texas Art, 1860s–1960s, a celebration of the women who shaped Texas art but were too often left out of the story. One of those featured artists is especially dear to us: Maxine Perini, Tom’s mother.

Grauer is not only a seasoned curator and author of more than 70 publications, but also a gifted storyteller who brings Western art and history to life. This isn’t your typical lecture! It’s a chance to enjoy snacks and cocktails while we connect, learn, and enjoy a fun night out with our community.

Hide & Horn is located inside The Gap Cafe at 2709 FM 89, Buffalo Gap, TX.
